Return and refund policy
As a consumer, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned to any partnered retail stores. If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, like a brick and mortar or department store, returns must adhere to their respective return/cancellation policies and should not be sent directly to us.
While we strive for your satisfaction with your order, if for any reason you are not pleased, please follow the steps below to initiate a product return.
Please be aware that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels, and in their original packaging. If returned goods are not in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Additionally, any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned.
1. Get in touch
Send us and email to returns@amoln.com or fill in the form under contact. Please do not forget to share your order number.
2. We will contact you
A member of our team will send you an email with a prepaid return label. We will also help you with a selection of pick-up options.
3. Pack for return shipment
Please use appropriate packing materials and a suitable box for the return to prevent damage during transit.
Please ensure you receive proof of postage or delivery. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
4. Process the return
Upon receiving the parcel, our team will carefully inspect the products. Following this examination, a team member will promptly contact you with confirmation of the refund.
The process will take up to 14.
Please note that if the products are deemed to be in a non-sellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
